We are not party animals but don't mind having a drink now and then to share with some friends.
We've kept the place clean and tidy so you must be into keeping the place clean too.
We are a professional couple and one flatmate all in our mid to late 20s and 30s hard working.
Ideal tenant: full time working or student, female or couple very tidy and respectful, friendly, pay bills on time.
