I am renting 1 room in a lovely totally renovated Character Bungalow in Mt Eden!

With excellent outdoor, living and entertaining area, fully open plan interior, modern kitchen, wide hallway, extra-large main bathroom, as well plenty of storage space and light!

Only a two-minute walk from buses every 10 mins. Super close to all the restaurants, shops, cafés and bars (not to mention a maximum 15-minute drive/Ola/Uber into town!)

I have the following available:

1) Large Double Bedroom, includes large double built in wardrobe for $265.00per week (for a one person only, couples on negotiation). Available from the 27th June when current flatmate vacates:

Bills would be equal split when due. Copies provided each time;
Water, (circa $12 per month per person based on 4 people,),
Electricity,(circa $40 per month for winter per person based on 4 people), 50 % of this in summer as an idea…
Gas (including monthly bottle rental), (circa $8 per month per person based on 4 people),
Unlimited Broadband.(Circa $16 per month per person based on 4 people),

Bond is two weeks rent in advance, as well as two weeks actual rent in advance. A total move in cost of one month’s rent.

About me, the home sharer and owner, who is hardly ever there!!
My name is John “Johno”, a working professional with two children who are both grown and living their own lives. I work much more than full time and have an active social and fitness schedule, so i am rarely home! Definitely a social person, though, so have no problem interacting with whomever moves in.

My other Flatmates that you would be sharing my house with are a young professional couple in their late 20’s.
