Looking for a couple or single to take over large double bedroom in a fully furnished house on the border between Parnell and Newmarket. We’ve got all essentials (whiteware, BBQ, kitchen stuff etc) in place, two carparks (three with a bit of a stretch) and two fireplaces for the winter nights. There’s plenty of room for any additional furniture you may want to bring into the big living room. There is also easy to access storage for bikes, fishing rods, skiing gear etc at the basement).

The room might be furnished or unfurnished, the couple who are leaving the room are selling their furniture. Up to you to take them or not. You will be sharing one bathroom with only one person.

Though a couple is preferable everyone will be considered. Ideally looking for a long term, reliable, easy going/social flatmates to live with existing three flatmates (a couple and a single) all young professionals, living busy active lives but always keen for a brew and a chat. We like hanging out, organizing dinners, occasional parties and whatever comes in common agreement. Please consider that if you wish to move in you MUST be a tidy and clean person.

As mentioned above the house is super spacious. We have an amazing back deck with great views, garden for your veggies or hang out in the grass and living room. Located across the road from Domain park (perfect for the morning runs) with a choice of two locals Lumsden or Zac’s and all that Newmarket and Parnell have to offer: weekend markets, restaurants, bars, gyms, shops and easy access to CBD either by bus (bus stop is 200m away) or walk/bike through the park on a sunny day.

Rent is $365 (either couple or single) per week plus expenses to share. The room is available from 17th January (long term). Bond is $1,456 couple or single.
