I am looking for a reliable person to rent a room at a property in Birkenhead. The room is $220 per week expenses included. The expenses include water, power, phone/ internet.
The move in cost is one weeks rent of $ 220 and a bond of $100.
Couples $250.
The property is located close to the Birkenhead shops, bus station and local parks. House has currently one occupant.
The person applying should be good mannered, tidy and respectful of the property. In addition, someone who is working or a student and non-smoker. Pets are negotiable.
The room can be furbished if required. Parking is limited however, there is roadside parking if needed.
