We are looking for a reliable, clean, working person to join us in our home in Pakuranga Heights.
We have an extra large unfurnished room available as of the beginning of October situated on its own level with a new private bathroom. The rest of the house is fully furnished. It comes with its own off street parking.
Rent would be $280 a week including bills (water, electricity, unlimited internet and gas). Bond would be the equivalent of 2 weeks rent so upfront cost would be $840 ($560 bond and 1 week rent in advance).
You would be living with an outgoing friendly couple who enjoy a casual drink and bbq at the weekend alongside spending time on the water.
