Looking for a FEMALE flatmate to join our family home.
I am a single mother (32) with two children (6 & 3). I'm looking for a flatmate that can pay rent on time, be understanding to young children, and quiet in the evenings.
My kids are at daycare and school Monday to Friday until 3pm.
Every second weekend they're at their dads.
The house itself has a fireplace, heat pump, alarm and everything the house needs. You only need your bedroom belongings. We have unlimited fiber. The lawns are mowed fortnightly. Our bedrooms are at the opposite end of the house to the master, separated by a hall way and two doors. That way you have your own bathroom and space when required.
Rent is including bills.
2 weeks rent in advanced to secure the bedroom.
