We are looking for someone to rent a large double bedroom upstairs with a double wardrobe. You will be sharing a toilet/bathroom with only one existing flatmate. The bedroom comes unfurnished.
The house has a spacious lounge, dining area and kitchen downstairs.
Bus stops are are located just outside the house so very handy for public transport. Motorway,Sylvia park and Panmure train stations are within 15 mins distance.
Current flatmates are a couple, and a female all in their late 20s. We are a friendly and clean bunch - quite independent and happy to do our own things.
Looking for a couple or working professional in their 20s or 30s who is able to tidy up after themselves.
Rent is $260 per week including expenses - unlimited internet, electricity (reasonable use) and water. Bond will be $520 (2x rent).
