Hi ppl. We have a room available in our stand alone house in mount Wellington big house big garden, garage, deck, conservatory, and also a bar with a dart bord in the sleep out.
It's a 3 bedroom house with loads of room,
Theres a dairy lunchbar and liquor spot directly across the road. Countdown is 2 min away and Silvia park is a 15min walk.
The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully equipped.
Including a spare fridge

A little about us the we ar an irish couple in our late 20s been here for the last 3 years and loving it.
Johnny (me) is a carpenter works fairly long hours with early starts
And sarah works in auckland DHB and also works long hours with early starts.
We love our own space but ar also very social and enjoy a cold beer after a long week

280 single plus 25pp per week for Bill's.
330 couple plus 20 pp per week for Bill's
Bond will be 3 weeks rent
Plus 1 week in advance.
