The house is spacious and bright with lots of big windows, heat pump, HRV, fenced garden, plenty of storage and a spare bedroom for guests. We have a balcony with a BBQ and there is plenty of parking space. Two baths w showers plus one has a separate toilet. Laundry, dishwasher, chest freezer. 15 min walk to shops in one direction and train station in the other.
You will be staying in what is currently the guest room and can upgrade to a larger room in mid Jan when my partner and I move to Christchurch. All furniture shown is available if you want it.
We are 2 women and 3 men in our 20s/30s, we mostly do our own thing but like to share a dinner sometimes ????
Smokers ok as long as you don't do it indoors
Single - $ 220 inc. bills & int.
Couples - $ 310 inc. bills & int.
Cost of moving in: 3 weeks rent (which includes the bond)
