The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, separate lounge and kitchen. Amazing back yard, free on street parking and is a couple of minutes walk from Herne bay, Ponsonby, buses, beaches and the waterfront.
Looking for mature, respectful flatmate to share beautiful house. Rent is $270 per week single person + monthly bill which is around $40 - $60
Move in cost 2 weeks bond + 1 week rent. Available from 12 August. Long term preferred, but short term rent can be considered too. Couples are welcome at $300 per week.
