The courtyard gets huge amounts of mandarins, lemons and limes with other parts of the house having feijoa, olive and apple trees. From the room’s windows you can see the back garden, easily accessible from the courtyard or back door.
The room comes with bed, bedside table and small chest of drawers. Large double wardrobe (shown) features two hanging areas on the right, a long hanging space on the left and small shelves. Another long-term storage cupboard sits above the wardrobe. If preferred, you can use your own bed + furnishings, and current furniture can be stored elsewhere.
The 4 bedroom house comes with two downstairs bathrooms, the room available shares a bathroom with 1 other flatmate.
The current flatmates are in their late 20's, two males and two females. We cook separately and share all communal spaces; kitchen, upstairs lounge, downstairs lounge. We regularly spend time together in the evenings, sharing a glass of wine or having a BBQ outside. We enjoy entertaining guests but also appreciate some down time.
The house has 2 garages and space for 2 extra cars to be parked off street. Close to 105 and Outerlink bus routes, 5 min walk to Richmond Rd shops, 10 min walk to nearest Countdown and Farro supermarkets.
