Hi guys, sad to have an amazing flatmate going, so we are looking for someone nice to join this beautifull flat, dont need much description I would say as you can see in the pics. Amazing place with amazing views and ofcoz nice existing flatmates. It has been a boys flat but wont mind a female flatmate aswell.
Existing flatmates - 2 kiwis, 1 Indian. Everyone is working full time and are in following ages - 26,32&30. Social, like to catchup fer bbq now and then.
Room will be unfurnished, but got all other stuff in the flat that we share and would be welcome to use.
Parking space is enough to have 5 cars on the driveway, including 2 in garage.
Shops closeby, 5 mins to paknsave and hibiscus coast bus station, less than a minute to beach, depends how fast u walk haha.
Couples ok
Cats ok.
Note - Rent for individual is 230/week for couples is 270/week
Move in date is around 14th October 2018
