Great house located in Hillcrest, Auckland, not far from the city and from beautiful local beaches. It’s a quiet area with very friendly neighbours and has 3 car parks, so an ideal situation if you have a car. If you don’t, no stress at all, as there are bus stops close by and only a short walking distance to the local shops.
The room and the house are fully furnished with kitchen utilities, TV, WIFI, and the room has a bed, desk, draws, shelf and double wardrobe included. The house has two bathrooms, a spacious dining and living room area with lots of natural light. Great deck with a view and a beautiful garden. The lawns and garden are taken care of, so no extra hassle for you.
Ideally looking for someone from mid-November as I will be moving home for the summer after my university exams. Rent is $180 a week plus an additional $15 per week for expenses.
