Sadly our wonderful flatmate of two years is moving on so we are looking for a third person to join us in our Newmarket apartment.
The apartment is very central and would be perfect for anyone working or studying in Epsom/Newmarket/Parnell/Grafton/Remuera etc, or who uses public transport. It’s a 2 minute walk to the closest bus stop, and a 15-20 minute ride to the CBD from there. Newmarket train station is just down the road too.
Unfortunately there is no off-street or on-street parking available.
The space has a lot of character - beautiful wooden floors, high ceilings, a fireplace (sadly not working) - but with a modern kitchen and bathroom.
Your room is a sunny single bedroom with high ceilings and a window looking out onto the street.
Our ideal flatmate is a young professional in their mid twenties to thirties. They are respectful, house trained, laid back and quiet. No smokers, couples, or pets sorry.
About us: We both work full time. I work at a law firm and my partner is a tradie and musician. We are not party people but we enjoy being social and having a few drinks
The room will be available from Sunday 28 June, and we’ll be holding viewings this weekend.
