Hey guys and gals! So unfortunately, I need to move out of my giant double bedroom in Ellerslie by the end of the month due to unforeseen circumstances and need someone to replace me.
Bit about the house:
Huge house with 2 other fantastic flatmates to share it with. Both of them are pretty easy going young professionals that are great to have a yarn to but will give you your space when you need it.
The house gets heaps of sunlight and you can from all sides.
5 minute walk to Ellerslie township where you have access to the train station, bus stops and a multitude of restaurants, shops and pubs (I personally reccomend Charlie Baxters for some really nice craft beers). The house is also located a mere 30 second drive from the southern motorway.
A bit about the room:
The room itself is a massive double room. Big enough to fit a queen bed and a desk and still have a fair bit of floor space left.
Room will be unfurnished aside from a rather spacious closet that is built in.
The large sliding doors to the left flood the room with heaps of light during the day and let in a wonderful breeze of you leave it open on a nice summer's day. It leads to a back deck which is a great place to soak up some sun (bonus points if you have some outdoor furniture to turn it into your own little sit out).
The ideal flatmate would be in their mid twenties, easy going and tidy. Couples welcome.
Rent: $207 per week for one person or $270 per week for a couple.
Move in costs: Bond of $760 + first weeks rent in advance.
Expenses are split evenly among the flatmates at the end of the month.
