We're looking for someone to share our double room with a Brazilian guy and our modern, comfortable and sunny home in Epsom.
We have one double bedroom available. It comes with two king single beds, closet, bedside table, desk and chair
Upstairs is the bedroom which is available, along with a sharing bathroom and kitchen.
The house is in a great location, we have bus routes close by on St Andrews and Mt Eden roads, great for commuting to New Market or the CBD for work. 15 minute walk or quick drive to Mt Eden village which has a range of great cafes and bars. Short drive to multiple supermarkets and a 20 min walk to the Mt Eden summit.
We're looking for someone long-term that is like minded and clean/tidy.
