Second room is a retro caravan converted into a sleepout:
- Full kitchen (cooker, sink, fridge, bench space)
- Double bed
- Dining room table and lounge
- Great privacy

In terms of what we're after, just someone normal really. Preference will be given to those looking to stay long-term, who pay rent on time, don't smoke meth, plus have good chat. Flexible around gold fish and stuff like that, just let us know.
