We are looking for a couple, two people(share the room) or a single person to move into one of our bedrooms in our Grafton apartment. Our lovely flatmate is sadly leaving us and will need someone to move in from 26th November 2018.
The bedroom available has a queen bed and a built in wardrobe. The room has plenty of daylight and is pretty cozy at night too. You will be sharing the bathroom with two other people.
Our apartment is so close to Queen Street, K-Road, Hospital, AUT&UOA, Aotea Square, bus stops and much more. Really convenient for students or professional workers.
No wild parties, no drugs and no smokers please. Dinner with a couple of friends would be okay with us.
Must be CLEAN, TIDY, contributes to the chores around the place and most importantly, pay rent on time. You also must be okay living with a cat.
Rent: $320 for a couple/ two people and $280 for a single person excluding bills (will be shared equally per month). However, cold water is included.
Location : 2 St Martins Lane, CBD
Bond of 2 weeks rent and a week's rent in advance.
4 months minimum stay.
