1. **Location**: 49 Velma Road, Hillcrest
2. **Rent Per Week**: $180 (for a single person) $220 (for a couple). The rent includes water, power, internet, washing, and utilities)
3. **Utility Costs**: Included in the weekly rent as the landlord provides washing, cleaning supplies, and toilet paper, you got cutlery, microwave, an oven which are all included and to be shared amongst the flatmates. The dryer however is $3 if you want to use it.
4. **Bond**: 2 Weeks
5. **Rent in Advance**: 1 Week
6. **Total Move-In Costs (3 weeks in total)**: Single ($540) & Couple ($660)
