We are after a new rad human to join our flat family as one of ours is returning to her home land .
We are 3 females and 1 male in our late twenties and looking for another home boy also late twenties if possible to keep the balance.
House is 5 bedroom 2 bathroom with a huge deck, pool and back yard ⛱.
Rent is $200 per week all inclusive - power, water, gas, internet, garden bag, pool man and lawn man. As well as things shared by the flat
Bond is $700
We are located in Waterview
Move in date 2nd of February
We will have viewings late this week and over the weekend.
