Great Coffee and Safe Food

Be prepared to work in the hospitality industry by getting a real taste for what
the role involves! Employers are always thrilled to bring on new staff who have
already completed their basic hospo training. Become confident taking orders,
preparing counter food and learning about safe food practices which are
required by all food handlers and beverage creators.

communication. Learn the five values of G.R.E.A.T customer service and being a
confident service star! Learn about the legal terms and your rights as a consumer
in the service industry.
