Position availble for in house contractor at our boutique architectural studio in Ponsonby, we specialise in residential design + consents.
Origin architecture is a boutique office based in the heart of the vibrant Ponsonby Rd
We are looking for talented designers and drafters, ideally some one who is experienced with building + resource consent documentation. Ideally the candidate needs to be proefficient in ArchiCAD and be able to work solely on the project from start to finish.
Please note this is contract position with the opportunity to work with the team in house.
Candidate must have a strong knowledge of the building code and architectural detailing
Experience in NZ with resource and building consents.
We will provide a desk within the studio in the heart of Ponsonby.
Various work available from new build, renovation and commercial.
Twinmotion skills would also be an advantage!
