Key Responsibilities:
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and project team members to provide regular updates and address any concerns.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.
Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
Procure materials, equipment, and services, oversee on-site construction activities, and maintain accurate project documentations.
Implement quality control processes and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
Identify and mitigate project risks, making proactive decisions to keep projects on track.
Proficient with project management and planning software, e.g. Aconex, MS Project, Jobpac
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 5+ years working as a Project Engineer (must come from within the Commercial Construction sector)
Must have worked on commercial projects in excess of $25 million
