We are looking for a lawyer to join our team.
We have experienced substantial growth over the last few years, and require a lawyer with at least 5 years PQE to join us.
Ideally, you will have experience in family and/or criminal/traffic litigation, relationship property and employment, together with general practice areas including property. You will also be interested in meeting new clients and developing the firm, along with daily lawyer work.
This role is adaptable for the right candidate. We offer flexible and remote working , which we are committed to and take very seriously. This role will be a stepping board to move onto being an associate and/or partner. Salary will be reflective of experience and a profit-share bonus structure is available.
We have kept ahead of technology, and 2019 will see us move into a paperless office and cloud based working, enabling us to be fully remote.

Clark & Gay’s predominant areas of practice are property, estates, family law, and private client work. There is considerable scope to practices in all/other areas of law, we are truly a general practice area.
Living in Waihi would not be requisite; however you would need to travel to Waihi regularly to meet with clients and be part of the team.
