Andrew Lemalu Law is a small, well established law practice based in Ellerslie, Auckland.

This practice has an excellent reputation and now seeks a motivated Senior Legal Executive to join their busy team of 6.

We are flexible as to whether you wish to work full time or part time, but ideally you will need to work a minimum of 4 days.

To be considered for this role you will have impressive organisational skills, be able to work autonomously and take ownership and pride in your work. You will be confident and articulate with the ability to liaise with clients and build strong and supportive relationships with them.

Essential to the role is a solid grounding in residential property matters and a good knowledge of running files from start to finish. As there is a high degree of client contact, a professional appearance and attitude is essential.

• Subdivisions
• Residential conveyancing
• Business sale and purchases / Leases
• Be e-dealing capable and complete all e-dealings
• Wills, estate administration

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 7+ years experience in the property field
• Technical knowledge of Landonline
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent file, time management and organisational skills
• The ability to work autonomously whilst being a team player
• Attend on clients to execute documents, leases and agreements
