We are looking for an experienced Legal Executive/Legal Secretary for our busy general practice in Matamata.
The position would mainly involve work in conveyancing (residential, farm, commercial), estate planning and administration (including trust administration).
The key skills we are looking for:
• Able to manage files with supervision from a partner
• Able to work in a team environment and able to support other team members when required
• Able to work under pressure at times
• Excellent computer and typing skills
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Have a positive and flexible attitude
• Some experience in reading of financial accounts may be an advantage, but is not essential
