The role involves:
Operating the forklift
Loading and unloading machinery
Marking jobs for production
Operating or assisting with operating the machinery
Assisting customers and drivers with loading and general housekeeping
Apply if you:
Have previous factory, manufacturing and/or production experience (or eager to learn)
Are physically fit and capable
Have a forklift license and gantry crane experience (preferable, though training for both can be given to the right candidate)
Are eligible to work full time in New Zealand
Have reliable transport
Have safe work practices
ave strong attention to detail to ensure only quality product makes it to the customer
Are friendly, hardworking, and punctual
Are able to think on your feet and operate efficiently
For the right person for this role we are offering a competitive hourly rate, plus overtime allowances. The role is Monday – Friday hours, with some occasional weekend work required. We also offer great staff benefits including an insurance package to those eligible!
