A & M Kirby Contracting are looking for a motivated individual that has a CAN DO attitude for a growing local earthmoving company.
You will need to have great communication skills, work well as a team member, a good understanding on paper work (timesheets, pre starts, heath and safety documents etc).
The ideal candidate will need the following skill:
Forestry earthworks
Farm/ lifestyle earthworks
Experience in steep country with a make it up as you go judgment
Experience on all machinery is an advantage.
A full driver’s license with WTR (Wheels, Tracks and Rollers) endorsement
Able to follow instructions and plans and capable of working in an earthworks environment
High regard for all Health & Safety criteria
Pass any drug and alcohol screening prior to and during employment
Must abide by all induction criteria of the Company
Be reliable, fit and capable of machinery maintenance and maintaining Company plant
Are able to stay away when required.
