Key Responsibilities:
???? Operate various types of excavators and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
????️ Perform excavation, digging, trenching, grading, and other tasks as required by project specifications.
???? Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of the excavator to ensure optimal performance.
???? Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
???? Collaborate with the project team, including supervisors and fellow operators, to meet project objectives.
???? Ensure compliance with project timelines and contribute to the overall success of the construction projects.
Requirements:
???? Proven experience in the earthworks industry – Advantageous.
???? Proficiency in operating various types of excavators - Must hold a full NZ driver’s licence class 4 including WTR endorsements
????️ Knowledge of excavation maintenance, techniques, and site safety protocols.
???? Available to work one weekend a month when required.
