A new role as Quality & Compliance Assistant has opened. Assisting the QA & Compliance Manager to ensure the daily operation meets the company’s RMP, quality and customer requirement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Conducting daily quality checks of all departments by means of walkthrough of production areas as a GMP check and any issues rectified and reported to the QA & Compliance Manager
- Timely submission of products for positive release on daily basis to the laboratory
- Conducts routine environmental swabs based on sampling plan
- Verification, scanning and filing of completed production forms
- Schedules and maintains equipment calibration records
- Assists with data analysis and trending
- Assists with validation protocols for existing and new product developments
- Carries out various temperature checks
- Maintains certificate of analysis for the raw materials
- Provides support with regulatory and customer audits as required
The successful candidate will have a Food Safety qualification.
