I am seeking an enthusiastic and efficient person to join a vibrant, top performing team passionate about developing an effective, friendly, and ever developing business for the betterment of our clients. You will act as an Administration Manager and Marketing Assistant to Michael Rea, and his team within First National NZ’s top selling office.

This role is very diverse and would suit you if you if you like a dynamic and busy work environment with a friendly, good humoured team.
Work hours can be negotiated as full or part time with some flexibility around school hours or other commitments.

We would love to work with someone who has a fun personality that can knuckle down when the work needs to get done fast. A strong personality that will be accountable and keeps others accountable also.
On any given day you could be...

Preparing documentation and paperwork
Completing paperwork and providing to solicitors and clients with precision
Utilising the latest technology to develop new systems for more efficiency
Database management and communication
Liaising promotions and charity
Managing Michael's busy calendar & at times, his terrible dad jokes
Shopping and preparing client gifts
