We are looking for a Marketing and Operations Admin superstar to start immediately. We are the leading catering business in the Bay of Plenty with some exciting plans for “next steps”! This is a permanent role for the right candidate. The role reports to the business owner.
This is new postion that is being created and may evolve to a full time postion.
About the Position
• Full Time part time Assignment to commence immediately
• Flexible scheduling of hours
• Tauranga location
• Be the heart and soul of our strategic marketing programme.
• Support and administer the business from orders through to the execution of catered events.
• Create and implement processes and procedures
• Strong marketing and social media skills
About You:
• Experience in “hospitality” would be an asset
• Well-presented with excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence and show strong initiative
• Work well under pressure and can multi task
• Background in Marketing, Administration, Customer Service or PA
• Punctual and reliable
