Accounts and Administration. Varied role within a Commercial Refrigeration Co based in Avondale Auckland. Great work environment.
Duties Include
Creditors – Includes invoice entry, reconciliations and payments
Debtors – Includes invoicing, queries, collections
Communication with suppliers and/or customers
Ordering general office supplies
Bank Reconciliation
IRD Returns including GST, FBT and Paye
Stock control – includes receipting goods and overseas costings
Database management
Processing of weekly employee payroll
Some answering of phone calls and booking of service calls
Process and systems implementation
The Applicant Must have the following attributes -
Experience in Microsoft Office is essential and accounting software would be an advantage.
You’ll be a person who has a great attitude and integrity.
Be a successful communicator both written and verbal
Be an effective and efficient planner with the ability to prioritise with flexibility
Client and team focused
Have attention to detail, producing accurate work to meet deadlines
Remuneration and hours will be discussed at interview.
