This successful applicant will undertake a range of duties and responsibilities involved in daily administration and operations support from front desk by assisting the Admin Manager, Support Managers and Property Manager with administration as well as the ICT Specialist with IT support - no two days are the same!
You need:
-Previous experience in Customer Service
-Common sense
-Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written.
-Attention to detail
-A can-do attitude, sound work ethic and be a team player
-Excellent data entry and numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
-MS Office Skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint and Power Point
-Software and marketing support
-Property administration
-A professional manner and presentation
-The experience of working within a small team
This role will be required to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
