Our company has a position available for an Administration Assistant/Sales Support person. We are seeking someone who has previous administration experience. The successful applicant needs to have the following skills:
Knowledge of Accounting Programmes
Strong organisational skills
Customer Service skills
Excellent communication skills
Be able to work alone but be part of a team
Friendly telephone manner
Duties include:
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Payroll
Telephone and general reception duties
Assisting the sales team
Dealing with customers
Booking jobs
Various other administrative tasks
This is a permanent position, Monday to Friday, approximately 30 hours per week.
