We are looking to fill a vacancy for a skilled and professional office assistant.
-You will be responsible for managing data and filing systems, scanning documents, compiling applications, loading with clients, and performing other miscellaneous tasks.
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Taking and transcribing dictation of letters and other documents.
This is a busy position. You must be able to take pride in your work and take full ownership of the role.
