VPNZ is a great engineering company who sells and services compressors throughout NZ. We need an amazing administrator, with excellent organisation and customer service skills. VPNZ are expanding and there is a lot of room to grow in this role for the right candidate. A great sense of humour and helpful attitude are a must!
• Represent VPNZ in a friendly, professional manner
• General PA duties for the team
• Basic accounting skills – Invoicing
• Organising service trips and calendar management for the engineers
• Help all the team to offer excellent service
• Vendor relationships – orders, receipting stock etc
• Accurate, methodical and able to multi task
• Reliable team player
• Must be confident with MS Office software
• We are small team so flexibility and team work is important
• Excellent spoken and written English are essential
• Only current NZ Work Visa / resident / citizens can be considered
