To be suitable for this role you will need to possess a strong focus on customer experience by creating a fun and safe environment for our clientele, with a dedication to upholding and promoting our company values, culture and policies. You will also have the ability to work autonomously and be self driven to maintain the standards of cleanliness, bar presentation and professionalism.

Our regular clientele and community profile are paramount to our business so you will have an ability to form strong relationships with our customers as well as internal personnel.

The successful person will be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service and leadership skills, as well as possess broad knowledge of these key areas of hospitality:

*Sale & Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
*Host responsibility
*Food and beverage service
*Supervision of staff
*Cash handling and reconciliation
*Clear and effective communication
*Health and Safety of staff and customers

A current Duty Manager certificate is essential for this role.

You will be required to work rostered shifts with some flexibility to meet business and staffing demands, for 20-30 hours per week. The role consists of day and evening shifts and includes weekend work.

Our venue holds a Class 4 Gaming Licence so therefore experience working with gaming machines is an advantage however, training can be provided in this area.
