02 Dive limited is looking for a field supervisor (2). The company is based in Bay of Plenty area and operating for almost 15 years. 02 Dive Limited manage and contract to the kiwi fruit industry and is looking for the Field supervisor’s for the continuing expansion of its business.
Key tasks for the job but are not limited to:
-Liaising with operational staff in orchards and office.
-Allocate applicable tools, materials or equipment required for the job.
-Health and safety training with reporting any accident and incident.
-Performing essential administration, including record keeping.
-Supervise and manage working staff.
-Keeping time sheets.
-Communicate between company management and contractual staff.
-Regular site inspection.
-Motivating the work force and solving business problems and staff grievances.
Ideally applicants should have experience in kiwifruit industry and be familiar with GREEN and GOLD kiwifruit varities.The individual would need to demonstrate business management experience and ideally have industry qualifications. Company is already doing business in Bay of Plenty and Coromandel area. Applicant should be flexible in travelling and timing and hold full driver’s license. Applicant mayl be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. Applicant should be aware of PSA hygiene protocols. Applicant should have strong leadership skills, be a great communicator and have great organization skills.
The position of Field Supervisor is based in Bay of Plenty and comes with a competitive remuneration package.
