Freshpork is passionate about producing quality New Zealand pork products. We have been delivering 100% New Zealand pork to Kiwis for over 25 years and are the country’s leading pork specialist. From modest beginnings in the early nineties, our family owned business now has a nationwide presence with over 190 staff across six sites.

We are looking for a Finance and Office Administrator to join our head office team, where many of the centralised functions of the business are completed.

Working as part of our Finance team, the key focus of this role is daily bank reconciliation and cashflow management. You’ll also complete a range of business wide administrative tasks including travel bookings, fleet and office administration, event planning and provide cover for other Finance team members.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with numbers
Need strong organisation and time management skills
Be an effective and proactive communicator both verbally and in writing
Have a flexible and adaptable work style
Be computer literate (particularly with MS Office)
Experience in a similar role will be advantageous
