The Invercargill team are looking for an experienced Administrator to join them for a fixed term of 10 months from October 2023 to July 2024. This is a 40 hours per week position, for the right candidate we can offer some flexibility.
With Invercargill being head office, you will be supporting the wider group making this a varied & challenging role, and a great opportunity to work in a modern building with a locally owned and operated company with one of the world's greatest brands, John Deere.
What we’re looking for:
An excellent phone manner and exceptional customer service skills
Aptitude for learning new systems and processes
A positive, organised individual, with strong oral and verbal communication skills
Ability to accurately enter data with great attention to detail
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience
Enjoy being part of a team, with the ability to be autonomous
