About the role
We are seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to provide guidance and support to our General Manager in our Dunedin branch. The main aim of the role is to make sure things happen we have all the information and procedures in place but lack the time to monitor and complete our required objectives. You need to be organised and prepared to keep us on track.

Main Responsibilities (With General Manger)
• Organise Toolbox meetings and action items.
• Organise and record Site inductions for our team leaders.
• Maintain our Training Register and organise required training and courses.
• Provide professional advice in the area of Health, Safety and Well being
• Monitor Annual Plan and action items.
• Monitor incident investigations and conduct risk assessments
• Monitor all sub contractor requirements
• Monitor and complete our contractor documents with the required time frame.
• Update Chemical Register

Essential Requirements:
• Relevant qualification related to Business Administration & Support or someone with experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Health and Safety procedures and legislation's
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Well developed planning and organisational skills

Specific working hours are negotiable for the right person.
