Wellington Sports Medicine is a team of multi-disciplinary expert practitioners, specialising in injury treatment and performance training. Using an integrated approach from multiple Health Specialists, we provide a thorough assessment and treatment of injured, unwell or under-performing athletes of any level. We promise close networking with all the strength and conditioning services that will ensure a complete and cohesive rehabilitation pathway.
As one of the Administrative Officers at Wellington Sports Medicine, you will be the first point of contact with patients and visitors and be a pivotal person in the practice environment. You will co-ordinate services and have a major role to play in prioritising work flows and managing patient experiences and expectations.
Patients should feel that they have been dealt with in a friendly, courteous manner and that all that can be done for them has been done. The internal focus is to liaison with staff and communication of patient expectations, needs and any other issues that require attention.
In addition, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our social media platforms and website, implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating events and be great at spotting opportunities for business growth.
Ideally you will have experience in digital marketing and 2 years proven experience in medical administrative roles.
