Description

Based in Christchurch and reporting to our General Manager your key responsibilities would include;

Reception Duties
Sales Support & Quotations
Customer Invoicing and Receipting
Supplier Payments and Expenses
General Office Support
Human Resources Administration

To succeed in this role, you need a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with extensive working knowledge of MYOB or similar accounting system
You will also need;

Strong accounting skills
A high level of knowledge and skill in the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn to use our Ostendo ERP software for inventory management job management, job costing resource allocation & ordering of materials
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be a numerical and analytical thinker with attention to detail
Have the ability to produce timely, accurate documents and reports
Have the ability to work fast, prioritise multiple tasks and work to a deadline.
Be enthusiastic, passionate and quick to learn about the stainless fabrication industry.
Be able to build strong relationships and work together with colleagues.
Be able to take charge of a situation, with the ability to lead and influence
Experience in the construction industry or manufacturing would be an advantage
