Due to a Retirement opportunity within our company, we are seeking a well mannered, customer focused and Team motivated individual for our Full time position.
The role includes
Answering Phone calls and emails from clients and suppliers alike
Data entry within our Operating software, Accountancy software and Payroll systems
Customer service and after sales service
Greeting guests who enter our Office in person
Arranging GST and Tax payments
Scheduling of some Trade Staff activities
Customer Invoicing, Book keeping and Account Reconciliations
Weekly Payroll responsibilities
General Administrative tasks
It would be an advantage if applicants had experience with simPRO software, Microsoft Word, Excell, Outlook. Applicants MUST have knowledge and understanding of Xero Accounting software.
Tuffnell Plumbing Drainage & Gas are a long established family owned company, with a large client base and a Team of around 21 Staff, we pride ourselves on great customer service, tidy appearance and good thorough workmanship.
The role is located in our premises at 46 Beach Road, Richmond, and will be vacant from April 28th, 2022 onwards, So we are keen to fill this position asap, we will be seeking applications of interest immediately, with interviews being conducted from Monday 11th - Wednesday 20th April.
