Description

We are looking for a driven office administrator to join the team at ProSpark Electrical.

The office administrator role would include tasks such as invoicing, scheduling, reconciliation and XERO data input.

The ideal candidate would be:

Happy to work mostly independently
Uses initiative – follows up tradies, seeks and completes tasks without being delegated
Some previous experience in office administration (ideal but not essential)
Reliable and approachable

This role has set 20 hours – with the flexibility of also what works for you. Want to take the arvo to watch the kids play sport at school – cool, make your work hours work for you!

Mostly based in the office, however an option to do some work from home too if that suits.

Initially this is a part time role of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours – agreed mutually.
