Description

This role is pivotal to our client's business success and requires a thorough understanding of financial processes and people management.

Main Responsibilities:-

Daily management of the Trust Account - compliance checking of transactions, reconcilliation and reporting
Managing Accounts Receivable
Managing Accounts Payable
General Accounts requirements - maintaining GL, preparing GST, monthly reports, liaison with Accountant
Running the weekly Payroll (ACE Payroll) - including PAYE and monthly payroll filing
Management of Support Staff - providing support, leadership and development to the team
Recruitment of Support Staff as required


You will be running a busy office, managing Support Staff, whilst preparing accounts, GST, PAYE, Budgets and Debtor Management, so you must be able to handle situations professionally and with complete discretion.

Their ideal candidate will also be a trained Trust Account Administrator, have exceptional communication skills and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
