New position due to maternity leave

We require a Fixed Term Office Manager to join our school commencing Monday 29th June 2020-18th December 2020. The successful applicant will work full time hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm 22 weeks. The person who undertakes this role will have to pass and undertake the police vetting process.

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to provide administration support for the Principal and RTLB Cluster Manager while supporting the Office Assistant in the day to day running of the office.

Knowledge of Enrol and Musac Edge is preferred but not essential - training will be provided.

This is a varied fast paced role the successful applicant must be able to work unsupervised and be a friendly outgoing person who can engage with school staff, students and whanau.
