Creative Classrooms is an ecommerce and catalogue based business with our office and distribution centre situated in Levin. We provide educational resources to schools and early learning centres throughout New Zealand.
We are a rapidly growing business with innovative technology and exciting prospects and looking to expand our small, friendly and energetic team. We are searching for an awesome Operations and Office Manager.
This full time includes:
- Processing orders and offering excellent customer service (via e-mail, phone and walk-in)
- Financial operations
- Assisting the Warehouse Manager when required
- General office duties
The successful applicant must be able to learn quickly, multi-task, communicate well,
show attention to detail and be able to work under pressure when required.
You will have excellent customer service capabilities and sound computer skills (a
knowledge of MYOB AccountRight and Magento would be useful). It is also an advantage if you have owned your own business and/or have experience in the education sector.
