Belle Realty is a boutique real-estate company selling off the plan residential homes throughout Auckland and the Waikato region.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience in the property industry. The position (Estimate 20-30 hours per week) requires weekend and after-hours work, applicants must be flexible to work in office and onsite.
To thrive in this role, you'll need to love variety, work independently, communicate well and be highly organized. We are looking for a motivated individual with a proven track record in office administration working alongside the company director.
The successful applicant will:
•Xero experience
•Have a professional telephone manner and exceptional communication skills
•Have a high level of personal presentation with a bright and friendly personality
•Be accurate and reliable
•Be able to multi-task and manage their time effectively
Be able to work under pressure
Commitment to working on weekends and after hours (when necessary)
Reliable vehicle and driver's licence
Passion and knowledge in the real estate industry
An ability to utilise systems and procedures
Can do / enthusiastic attitude
Be an obvious team player
High standard of computer skills including; MS Office tools
